Shipping policy
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
Order Processing: All products are made on demand and typically take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to Canada and worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- United States: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10–21 business days after fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Carrier: Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our print-on-demand partners (CJ Dropshipping and Syncee) using trusted carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@zentrova-goods.ca with your order number, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
