Smoked Paprika

Smoked Paprika is made from ground up, smoked chili pods. Entire paprika chili pods are dried, smoked with various woods, and then ground to create that authentic smokey flavour. Our Smoked Paprika is certified from Spain. It has an earthy, yet its a bit fruity and bright. It's commonly used in dishes that need that smokey heat like Mexican and Spanish dishes like paella, carnitas, and stews.
